9. Returns Policy - General
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. It is the responsibilty (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. Proof of dispatch may be required. Once the goods have been received we will refund the consumer using the original payment method.
With regards to returning a climbing frame you can call us for a quote for the returns costs and we will arrange to have the climbing frame collected from you.
In the case of a faulty part, we will offer a repair / replacement part in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulation 2002. We will request proof / images of the damaged / faulty parts.
