Q: How long will it take to receive my order
A: For trampolines we ship as quickly as possible via TNT so normally you will receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.
For climbing frames you will be contacted and given an appropriate delivery date and this should usually be from between 3 and 14 days from point of order.
Q: Will you deliver to a different address other than the credit card billing address?
A: Not normally, however, if you prefer to contact us directly we may be able to do so
Q: What if the climbing frame is too big for my garden?A: You must ensure that it will fit prior to purchasing but if after delivery you want to return it then costs will be the customer's responsibility.
